One thing hasn’t changed since 2011- Adele’s acclaimed sophomore album 21 continues to top the Billboard album charts.

“Call Your Girlfriend” is a track by Swedish singer Robyn, from her Body Talk album released in 2010. It’s an electropop dance number about a girl caught in the middle of a love triangle and who advises her lover on how to gently break it to his girlfriend that he’s got a new gal.

I could state the obvious and say that Adele took 2011 by storm, that by Christmas she’ll have sold 13 million copies of her legendary 21 album and that “Someone Like You” has become the anthem for anyone whose every experienced heartbreak, but I’ll refrain.

After scooping up half a dozen Grammy nominations last week, Adele’s 21 has officially been declared the UK’s best-selling album of the 21st century.
