Edging away from her Disney sugar-pop image, Miley Cyrus offers a simple and heartfelt rendition of “You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go,” in dedication to the 76-track Bob Dylan tribute album, Chimes of Freedom. It’s a change of pace for the “Party in the U.S.A” singer and one that shows off her raw vocals, something we rarely get to see underneath the sparkle and dance beats.

Etta James, known for her captivating and inspiring vocals, died today at age 73 in Riverside, California. The singer passed away at Riverside Community Hospital and sources report that the cause was complications of leukemia, which she had been battling for some time.

It would not do justice to say that Etta James was simply a music legend. Known best for her famed hit, “At Last,” Miss James achieved six Grammys and forever holds a place in the Grammy Hall of Fame, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Blues Hall of Fame.
