Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Go PDA For New Magazine Cover

Kim Kardashian Kanye West sex

Contrary to Kim Kardashian’s vows to keep her relationship lowkey, she and beau Kanye West can be seen striking a very risqué pose for the cover of L’Officiel Hommes, a French fashion mag.

In a recent interview with DuJour magazine, Kardashian stated West was teaching her “a lot about privacy” and that she was “ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I’m realizing everyone doesn’t need to know everything. I’m shifting my priorities.”

Either the reality TV star forgot her heartfelt words or she’s attempting to redefine what “a little less open” actually means. Judging from the black and white cover of L’Officiel Hommes, we’re thinking it means wearing as little clothing as possible, getting into the “proper” position and looking like you’re absolutely exhilarated for the camera.

Yes, the racy cover isn’t exactly what you imagine from two soon-to-be parents but come on, it’s . . . endearing? And you know the French, they love a little tête-à-tête.

Must See: Fifth Harmony’s Cover of Frank Ocean’s “Thinking Bout You”

Harmony cover of Frank Ocean

Truthfully, I had never heard of Fifth Harmony until now. I know, I don’t get out much and should walk around in the fresh air, smell the roses, blah blah. Anyway, when I stumbled upon the third place finalists of The X Factor (Season 2) harmonizing away to one of my favorite songs of the moment – “Thinking Bout You” – I couldn’t help but listen in awe.

Fifth Harmony’s own take of the song is absolutely breathtaking. While I wouldn’t go so far as to say that it’s better than Frank Ocean’s original version, the all-girl group does a fabulous job of making the track their own. Each of the five members plays up their strengths, choosing certain parts of the song to fit each girl’s vocal capabilities.

What we get is an in-studio, (seemingly) genuinely impromptu cover sesh of Fifth Harmony belting their hearts out to a song about nostalgia and love. It’s a lovely piece that not only does the original justice but creates something totally new in itself.

Justin Bieber X Drake “Right Here” is Lyrical Claymation at Its Finest

Justin Bieber Drake

It’s about time fellow Canadians Bieber Fever and Drake joined their musical talents to create another hit track. The collab, “Right Here,” is as expected, nothing particularly worthy of getting your panties in a bunch. The track carries neither the heavy, sultry beats Drake is known for or the super addictive pop hooks of the Biebs.

However, it’s pretty decent over all – something of a subtle jam you’d put on as background music. The song floats on airy synths and scratches, Drake’s and Bieber’s voices blend seamlessly into one another. The overall theme of the song is, of course, typical Drizzy and Biebs. The latter spends the better half of the track attempting to convince the listener of why he’s the one, singing, “I would never ever put nobody else above you / I just wanna kiss you, baby/ I just wanna hug you till the end.” Drake’s mellow crooning wraps up everything neatly, his deeper tones anchoring the song.

Oh, and did we mention the new lyric video is a pretty impressive show of clay animation? Well, it is, and it should tide you over until the real deal is released.

One Direction’s Harry Styles Hit In the Crotch By Runaway Shoe, Walks it Off Like It’s NBD

Harry Styles

Personally, I never understood why millions of tween girls were going gaga over the lads of One Direction. Yes, they’re cute but “What Makes You Beautiful” wasn’t that good. Plus, if you’re going to pick a British boy band to swoon over, The Wanted is where it’s at.

Yet One Direction’s Harry Styles’ recent interaction with a runaway shoe might be enough to make me rethink that statement. I said “might,” no promises. In the clip below, the singer is with his mates on stage for a concert. Suddenly, a lone shoe is thrown in Harry’s direction but luckily, he’s able to dodge it at the last second. Then, another shoe flies towards him out of nowhere and lands right on the money maker. As Harry automatically drops into the fetal position, we can’t help but feel sorry for the guy. I mean, I heard it hurts, getting hit in the groin and all.

While the whole event is rather unfortunate, we have to applaud the singer for stretching if off with a few humorous lunges like it’s no big deal. Unsurprisingly, the hashtag #Pray4HarryBalls is currently trending.

Adele’s ‘Skyfall’ Oscar Win Couldn’t Make Us Any Prouder

Adele oscar

The moment “Skyfall” began playing on the radio, nostalgia washed over listeners around the globe. A song of both melancholy and thrill, “Skyfall” has quickly become recognized as one of Adele’s best works. Last week, the timeless song swept up the Oscar for Best Original Song, an honor that is unquestionably deserved. Already having a Golden Globe for the title track and a repertoire as the first female singer to have topped the Billboard artist, singles and album charts all in one year, the award came as no surprise.

Prior to her win, Adele performed “Skyfall” for Oscar guests and viewers at home. As she took to the stage in a glimmering, long black gown, Adele looked graceful as ever, casting a regal presence upon the audience. Soon, her smoky voice filled the air and the song’s ominous lyrics were felt by all who listened.

Afterwards, an emotional Adele thanked everyone from songwriting partner Paul Epworth for “believing in me all the time” to her husband Simon Konecki, saying “my man, I love you baby.” There seems to be no stopping this songstress.

Rihanna: Always Busy

Written by admin on . Posted in News

Always keeping busy, Rihanna is said to be working on her seventh album. If released this year, it will be her seventh release in eight years! Her first album, which was released in 2005, was entitled “Music of the Sun”. Since then she has had albums entitled “A Girl Like Me” (2006), “Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded” (2008), “Rated R” (2009), “Loud” (2010), and “Talk That Talk” (2011).

In addition to recording, releasing all of these albums and planning a world tour for 2013, Rihanna has two womens’ fragrances on the market called “Reb’l Fleur” and “Rebelle”. If that’s not enough to keep her busy, she also played the part Petty Officer Raikes in the movie “Battleship”, which was released on May 18th and will be one of the voices in an upcoming DreamWorks animated film called “Happy Smekday!”.

Needless to say, Rihanna is no doubt a hardworking and busy woman. It will be exciting to see what is on her seventh album!

Katy Perry Defies Gravity at 2012 Billboard Music Awards

Written by Charisma Madarang on . Posted in News

Katy Perry dazzled at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards this past weekend with a gravity-defying performance. The songstress appeared before the audience on a sheet suspended  in the air as she crooned “Wide Awake.”
The emotional breakup track was written for Perry’s much buzzed about 3D film, Katy Perry: Part of Me, which will debut July 5th.

The set was breathtaking, reminiscent of Pink’s own Grammy performance, and featured ethereal shooting stars and clouds in the background. Perry spun in the air, decked out in a dreamy white gown billowing around her as acrobats gracefully danced around her.
