Everyone, start fist pumping! 50 Cent just tweeted a photo of himself and DJ Pauly D, confirming that the MTV “Jersey Shore” star has officially signed with his record label G-Note.
Pauly D retweeted the photo and added, “Big Big Things In The Works
@50cent And @DJPaulyD !!!!! #yeahhhhbuddy”.
MTV News contacted a representative of G-Unit who confirmed the signing.
Pauly D previously told Billboard: “I’m focusing on music. That’s my passion.” “I’m working with 50 Cent now. I’m gonna do an album with him. It’s going to be a little bit of everything. It’s almost like DJ Khaled and kind of David Guetta but my own DJ Pauly D style.”
He also told XXL magazine, “50 Cent has also been somebody I look up to. We ended up linking up and we just clicked.” “We hit it off immediately with the music and everything like that. So I’m definitely gonna be working with him. There’s been talks about the album and the headphones. I’m looking forward to working with that as well.”
The famous guido has been keeping himself busy amidst this news. He’s currently a resident DJ at Las Vegas nightclub Rain at the Palms Resort and Casino. He was also the opening act for pop princess Britney Spears’ Femme Fatale tour.
