Kanye West Round 2 @ Fashion Week

From the looks of it, Kanye West is dead set on moving à Paris and creating the “Haus of Kanye” (not really and that’s German, but you get the point). In Kanye’s second attempt to take on the fashion world, he will be debuting his much tweeted about collection at Paris Fashion Week. Although the location of the show has yet to be revealed, Karla Otto (his PR) informed WWD that round two of the Kanye West couture will take place on Tuesday, March 6th at 9:30 pm.

So what can we expect from the hip-hop rapper this time around? While his initial show back in October was greeted by mixed reviews despite the support from fashion powerhouse Anna Wintour, we’re hoping the new year and the sweeping art of Paris provide the inspirational jolt he’s seeking. Judging from his twitter marathon back in January, where the rapper unleased a flurry of creative ambitions, we’re in for something noteworthy at the least.

As Kanye quoted in his January twitter spree: “’Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.’ – Leonardo Da Vinci.” Perhaps a hint at his revamped line?
