Our Anti-Valentine’s Staff Pick of the Day goes to…”Rolling In The Deep” by Adele. But in all honestly, are you really surprised? If you don’t remember Adele’s explosive performance at Sunday’s Grammy Awards, “Rolling In The Deep” is the ultimate breakup song of love lost and scorned.

Since it’s Valentine’s Day and cupids and hearts are floating in the air, all the PDA and pink teddy bears got to us and we couldn’t help but get in the festive mood. So to mark this day of couple wonderland and single awareness, we’ve picked two different songs as Staff Pick of the Day — one for all the lovebirds unabashedly snogging and one for all the lone cats on the prowl. Yes, that was a cat analogy.
Our Pr0-Valentine’s Day Pick: Taylor Swift “Ours”
I mean, how could we not pick a track by Taylor Swift? The Grammy-winning, country-pop crooner is an expert on aww-worthy singles. Whether it’s singing about her high school crush or putting all her exes on blast, Swift is the go-to-gal for all things pertaining to the heart, which is why “Ours” is the perfect song to play for your petite ami.

Whether you’re indulging or wallowing in the fact that you’re single or celebrating the fact that you’re taken today, one thing is for sure- we all need some kind of loving on Valentine’s day.

While her recent Grammy performance was a bit much (a live exorcism, really?), the Pink Friday singer tones it down in a leaked track titled “Young Forever.” The song is surprisingly good, void of any nauseating, repetitive lines such as in “Stupid Hoe,” Nicki offers a gentler, pop melody which showcases her vulnerability and emotional vocals.

After appearing on 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper and giving fans a short preview of her post-surgery vocals, Adele debuted her first live performance since the surgery at the 2012 Grammy Awards.

As usual, the Grammys tend to bring in some of Hollywood’s hottest and most bizarre outfits to the red carpet. Except this time it wasn’t Lady Gaga in a prehistoric egg causing a stir (although she did show up in a gothic mesh number) but Nicki Minaj donning controversial religious wear and Deadmau5 wearing a tee rivaling an episode of Punk’d.
Will.i.am celebrates the “Great Times” in the latest video for his international single off upcoming solo album #willpower.

As indicated by her middle-finger stunt at the Super Bowl XLVI’s halftime show, M.I.A. is not one to be subtle, and quite frankly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. In reaction toSaudi Arabia’s ban of women drivers, M.I.A takes aim at the oppressive government in a visually enticing music video for her equally impressive single “Bad Girls.”

The Wanted, Britain’s current boy band-heartthrob, stopped by Chelsea Lately for a tête-à-tête with the cheeky comedian.
